Here’s my recipe. Measurements really depend on how many eggs you are using.
Eggs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Few shakes Worcestershire Sauce
S & P (to taste)
1 tsp. parsley
1 tblsp. Sweet pickle relish
Small onion (grated)
Mayonnaise
Paprika for garnish
1. Hard boil eggs, then drain pot and cover eggs with cold water
2. Peel and cut in half putting yokes in small bowl. Put the halves on a tray or on the counter on paper towel.
3. Mash yokes with fork
4. Add: Remaining ingredients (except paprika) and mix
5. Fill each half generously. (I use a fork so it looks more natural rather than shaped with a spoon.)
6. And place in container and cover until ready to serve:
7. When ready to serve: Place on nice serving platter (or devilled egg dish if you have one). Garnish with paprika. If you have it, little sprigs of fresh parsley look nice too.
(be careful with the mayonnaise… just a little at a time because it’s easy to add too much_

I just take the yolk (of course after its boiled) put them in a bowl, with mayo, until it is all mixed up and not dry. then I add a little bit of sweet pickle juice, if you don’t have that try sugar, pinch of salt. All of these ingredients are really according to taste, after you scoop the yolk back into the eggs, sprinkle with a little seasoned salt.

roll each egg until the shell breaks, and then carefully de-shell each one. Cut in half lenght-wise, gently spoon out the yolk in each half and put into a small-medium bowl. For about 12 eggs, add 1/4 tsp red pepper sauce, or cayenne pepper (dry) 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper. Mix the yolk and ingredients with a spoon until smooth. Then re-spoon into the hollowed whites or put into a zip lock back, cut a small rectangle out of the corner and squirt elegantly and slowly into the white (or use a pasty bag if you have it).
Ta da! Done, refrigerate until serving.

Deviled Eggs–First, slice the eggs in halves. Take the yolk out the eggs and place them in bowl. Add to the yolks mustard, salt, white pepper, mayo to taste. Try not to add too much mayo. You want to keep the consistency of the egg mixture to somewhat of a paste. Fill the white halves with the egg mixture. Then dust the tops with paprika.
