I want to make a delicious meal using chicken for myself and my boyfriend. I love noodles and the whole stirfry idea so any simple recipes/suggestions would be appreciated! x

I love to make roast chicken noodles. You roast the chicken, then when it is cooked, remove it from the pan and shred the chicken but not thin, use our hands and kinda rip it off, then throw the chicken back in the pan with the juices, add in cooked noodles, toss so they get covered in the juices, then add stir fry veg and toss through again and voila! If you ever make it, I hope you enjoy it =]

p.s. sugar snaps and baby corn are especially good to use.

You can take chicken breast and slice it in thin strips..then marinade them in a combo of the following..soy sauce, fresh minced ginger & garlic, and rice vinegar. Then stir fry along with different asain veggies…I like snow peas, red bell pepper, bean sprouts, and bok choy. Once the chicken is cooked, and the veggies are tender/crisp, add in some cooked spaghetti and additional soy sauce. Top with sliced green onions and you have home made chicken lo mein.

I’ve made the same dish using shrimp and it was really tasty. Or you could try this recipe…it’s really simple…

**Chicken Lo Mein**

1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen bell pepper and onion strips, thawed, drained
1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts

COOK spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and garlic; stir-fry 3 min. or until chicken is no longer pink. Add peppers, onions, broth and peanut butter; stir-fry an additional 3 to 4 min. or until chicken is cooked through.

DRAIN spaghetti; return to pan. Add chicken mixture and soy sauce; mix well. Spoon onto serving platter; sprinkle with cilantro and peanuts.
