Drain a can of garbanzo beans and place that in a food processor, along with the juice of one lemon, salt, a peeled garlic clove, 2 tbsp to 1/2 cup tahini, a tablespoon of water, and some olive oil. Grind until smooth, then adjust flavors. If it is not sour enough, add more lemon juice. If it is too thick, add more water or olive oil or lemon juice?
