Ben pas si facile que ça au bout du compte…

Dans la recette de mercotte j’ai remplacé carrément l’eau par de la téquila ça se sent mais c’est pas transcendant et puis du coup, ils étaient beaucoup plus fragiles et difficiles à décoller, la prochaine fois ça sera nature !

Pour la ganache (sans chocolat) une base d’ “orange curd” , enrichi en téquila et sirop de grenadine où j’ai du mettre de la gélatine car c’était bien trop liquide, j’ai essayé avec du chocolat blanc et là on sentait plus rien du tout icon sad Et dans un brouillard alcoolisé pourquoi pas un macaron?

la prochaine fois sans gélatine, parce que niveau texture c’est plus difficile à étaler,  mais avec du beurre (j’ai un peu oublié cet ingrédient dans la préparation du curd icon smile Et dans un brouillard alcoolisé pourquoi pas un macaron? )

Bref j’ai eu les doigts tous rouges pour cause d’avoir frotté les macarons avec du sopalin imbibé de colorant à défaut d’avoir trouvé un vaporisateur icon smile Et dans un brouillard alcoolisé pourquoi pas un macaron?
