I will say one thing from my own personal experience. Years ago I used to eat alot of Bread , all most every day . I ate every kind of bread , from white to whole wheat , to mutigrain and I was very Fat at the time more than 20 years ago. I reduced my intake, and stopped eating bread for a while 2 to 3 months and noticed a dramatic change for the better in my body. I lost almost half of my excess body weight , in about one years time and I attribute this as one of the reasons for my self imposed bread reduction program to make it work for me. This is one of my best weight reduction tips that I could ever give anyone that is serious about losing weight.
