People are so ready to draw conclusions without even doing some research (e.g. Reading a can, googling, reading a book, finding brain cells). Canned white chicken in water is not unhealthy and it’s not processed like other canned meats. And there are certain brands that don’t add preservatives. I’m sure a lot of people whining on this video will readily eat tuna from a can or pouch without bitching.
So…was yalls nutritionist certification difficult?? /eyeroll
