What a wide selection,
Wow. There are so many choices. I’m not sure where I’ll start. It has most of my favorites like the tomato bread. There are two recipes for tomato bread. It also has some I never heard of but the ingredient list is so enticing. These bread recipes will solve some my what do I get for Christmas problems. Who doesn’t enjoy the taste and smell of homemade bread. Definitely a winner. Great gift idea for anyone with a bread machine.

There is no fluff in this recipe book. There are about 150 bread machine recipes. The recipes are both easy and delicious, and there is a huge variety from which to choose. I tried a couple of basic recipes that turned out really well, and am now ready to move on to Apple Cranberry Nut Bread. This is so much easier than making bread the old-fashioned way, and much less costly than buying the ready-made bread mixes. This also would make a great gift for anyone with a bread machine.

I enjoyed browsing this book because we eat a lot of bread in my household. We don’t have a bread machine, but the recipes work just fine if you are willing to do a little more work to knead the dough and let it rise. About the only thing missing is a quick introduction to how to modify a recipe if you don’t use a machine. Being a geek, I used a random number generator for the first 3 bread recipes we tried and all 3 came out quite tasty. Highly recommend trying them if you want to save yourself a little money from buying bread at the store or in a “ready made” packet.
