Kahlua Creamy Coffee Sauce

I thought rather get by not too bad in the kitchen until I fall on the site and then wham anthology greedy I think there are really artists!
I made this recipe many years ago, but I did not bother to write it so that’s it, it’s done.
I pricked creamy gourmet coffee anthology that is in the recipe of his cappuccino cups (magnifiques!)
ingredients
cream for 6
300 g single cream
4 teaspoons instant coffee
4 egg yolks
40 powdered sugar
2 sheets of gelatin
10 cl Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
10 cl sugar syrup cane
1 teaspoon corn flower (optional)
Whisk the yolks with the sugar
Heat the cream with the coffee and then add the mixture, beating well beat yolks and sugar until a thick cream, turn off heat and add the softened gelatin sheets previously in cold water and mix well together.
Pour into individual molds and freeze.
Kahlua Boil for 2 minutes then add the sugar syrup and 1 teaspoon corn domed flower, mix well and boil for 4 minutes, let cool to room temperature
Turn out the cream before dinner so they have time to thaw and pour sauce on top

I have served on a piece of nougat and delicious!
