My nice neighbor Maria often makes me taste his recipes: one day she gave me broth with bacon and chickpeas directly from Italy and even the package of pasta star to put inside, my dinner was quite prepared, the problem (inherited from the maternal side:)) is that I do not know dose the pasta, so I found the broth with pasta instead of pasta broth but it was still super good.

I now often this recipe with chickpeas straight from my tin for speed:)

ingredients

preparation time and cooking time: 10 minutes

1.5 liters of water

2 cubes chicken bouillon

150 gr of smoked bacon

half a small can of chickpeas

1 packet of pasta stars

Heat the water with bouillon cubes, meanwhile cut the bacon into small pieces (better than the bacon) and drain the chickpeas and add all the broth to cook 2 minutes.

Then add 350 grams of pasta and cook out for the time indicated on the package

it is clear that one can reduce the portion of pasta;)
