Tapenade Noire ** ** For Miechambo
This is a recipe Michèle fast, simple and very good tapenade which is on Marmiton and I practice, I can tell you that there is no one who bought pot comes home
250 g pitted olives Nature
6 anchovy fillets in oil drains
3 teaspoons capers
1 large clove garlic, peeled and degermed
olive oil
Mix the olives with anchovies and garlic in the garlic press past
Rinse the capers in water and drain them by pressing them strongly in the hand, add the above mixture and remix all with 5 cl of olive oil I think it’s enough
The mixing time varies we prefer to have a dough pieces or not, for my part there is not then I mix finely
After it’s like the anchovies must ensure that the preparation is always covered with oil so that the surface does not dry, it maintains the tapenade in the fridge longer
